Daily logs (Tues/Wed)

So this is for Tuesday and Wednesday.  I never ate my scallops on Tuesday because I ended up meeting up with a friend.  I had vodka for dinner instead!  Lol.  But I shall have scallops today!

It’s long so I’ll put all the pictures under a break if that helps…

Tuesday’s Food:


2 scrambled eggs, 1/2 oz slice of monterey jack cheese (6 points)


Saddest container of watermelon ever. Not buy this again from Fresh Direct.


My most favorite Iced Tea right now- it’s only 100 calories for the whole bottle (but 3 points)


More monterey jack cheese for a snack (4 points)

Not pictured: Vodka cranberries.  I had every intention to eat my scallops, but my stomach was feeling funny, then I went out.  I didn’t feel all that hungry yesterday though.  I feel like I’m really doing well with portion control.


80g of cracklin’ oat bran and 1/2 c of 2% milk. 10 freaking points!!!


I had about 4 of these little short bread cookies (3 points)


Family meal- egg noodles with mixed veggies and sausage. I ate around the veggies and sausage. It was in some sort of cream sauce. I had a 2nd helping of just noodles. (10 points)


Apple and 2 TBS of peanut butter (5 stinking points!)


Not pictured: 1 plum, 1 nectarine.  Some dinner rolls (5 points). Dinner was not filling, so I was a bit snacky last night.  Plus I always tend to get hungry around 10pm, which is when I was smart and had the apple.  But 5 points for some measly PB makes me so mad!! It was barely enough for that whole apple!!  Grrrrr
